1. Election of a secretary for the meeting
   • Falko volunteered
2. Approval of the agenda
   • approved as is
3. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting
   • approved as is
4. DINA-TC Berlin workshop report
   • see also meeting page on DINA project wiki
   • there is a number of guideline documents which will be have to be approved
     • these documents need to be send around in reasonable time before an ISC meeting in order to be able to review them
     • finally the ISC endorses a version of each document
     • if any changes are done in a guideline document, the ISC needs to endorse the new version
   • roadmap will be brought up in the next meeting
     • TC will have a task group for the roadmap
   • current data model was endorsed by the ISC
     • CCO data model => should be renamed to DINA data model DDM

1. Future TC workshops
   • Edinburgh is willing to host the meeting in fall 2016
   • Canada can participate remotely, maybe 1 person will join personally
   • meeting will be 2-3 days
   • next meetings: before or after SPNHC 2017 (Denver) or Canada (fall 2017, before or after TDWG)

1. Any other business
   • there is a demand for private space in the DINA wiki, Falko will set up an internal area and will document how to use it
