1. Election of a secretary for the meeting

2. Approval of today's agenda and minutes of the previous meeting
   • approved
3. New DINA IT project manager: Stefan Daume
   • Congrats!
4. Additional committee officers
   • co-chair will be James
   • secretary: still flexible, could be rotated between partners or Stefan could do this (Falko as deputy)
5. Changes to the DINA MoC and DINA consortium membership
   • agreed on changing minimum contribution of 1 FTE to 0.5 FTE
   • review the wording of the MoC (Fredrik, Stefan, Falko, maybe Markus S.)
   • suggestion: a new membership status "advisory member" could be introduced to allow formal membership of consortia & initiatives etc. (e.g. GBIF secretariat, CETAF)
   • wait for the draft of the revised MoC before formally inviting GBIF and CETAF
6. DINA-TC report
   • Edinburgh meeting was very productive
     • intense road map discussions
     • created 50 epics, which will be broken down into tasks with a version assignment (http://roadmap.dina-project.net)
   • data model discussion
     • evaluation in Stockholm in order to properly assess the requirements, critical things and risks in NRM
     • the outcome of NRM's assessment will be fed into the data model discussions
7. Partner reports
   • Berlin
     • plans for testing with SeqDB
     • collaboration with Frankfurt regarding geological data
   • Copenhagen
     • data integration
     • Specify 7 status: production
   • Stockholm
     • (see above)
8. Any other business
   • (strategic) decision making should be documented as tickets in DINA Redmine

     • final decisions should be public, ongoing discussions should be private (Falko will modify the permissions)
