   • lot of progress at AAFC
   • next TC meeting 12th Dec. 2019
6. Signing of the new DINA MoU
   • AAFC & NRM & MfN will submit the MoU to the directors
   • RGBE already pushed it forward
   • TODO: Frederik gets in touch with Nikolaj and Urmas
   • TODO: all partners inform other contacts, that have expressed interest in signing the MoU
7. Report from Biodiversity Next
   • in general Biodiv Next was a success => different mix of communities
   • new TDWG IG on for Biodiversity Informatics Developers formed (still informal status)
   • DINA presentation in the session on Virtual Research Environments and Tools went well
     • most of the presenters of other products and tools seem to follow similar approaches: using microservices and webbased APIs
     • this might strengthen the collaboration with and within DINA and the general DINA approach
8. DINA face to face meeting
   • tentative date 30th March to 3rd April
   • we could invite at least a few external guests that could contribute to the agenda
   • the agenda will be drafted in the next TC meeting
   • AAFC sends an invitation
9. Partner reports
   • AAFC
     • good progress on multimedia module (40% backend, 20% frontend)
     • also progress on the agents module, first sequence workflow (80%)
     • there will be more contractors for keycloak and containers
   • MfN
     • Job announcements and recruitment started
     • invitation to Vienna in order to promote DINA within a National DiSSCo event
   • NRM
     • update on National Biodiv. Informatics infrastructure (GBIF-SE, Lifewatch, Biodiv. Atlas SE)
       • 4 years 2021-2024 funding for this infrastructure (11 institutions)
     • update on insect inventory project
10. Any other business
    • communication with other collection management communities like Specify, Arctos, etc.
      • DINA could establish a kind of umbrella in the future
      • James & Falko are involved in the SPNHC symposium are going to push this topic forward
