Virtual multi-day TC workshop focusing on DINA architecture and roadmap

• we agreed to give this a try
• doing a 2-3 session with 3-4 hour video conferences and offline work (taking into account different timezones)
• as the most likely preliminary time early May seems to emerge; we'll do a Doodle to fix a time

Physical multi-day TC workshop focusing on DINA architecture and roadmap

• we'll aim for a physical workshop later in the (late summer or early fall), probably tied to one of the European meetings (TBD)

Follow-up on DINA logo design

• logo is ready and approved
• Falko will take care of adapting the Wiki with the new logo

Wrapping up of DINA web API standard

• the Web API standard document will be moved to the Github repo for final review
• a vote will be organised on the mailing to officially approve it

Github structure and consolidation

• the main repo is now at https://github.com/DINA-Web
• all resources will be moved there
• dedicated repos per module will be set up

Other

• it was agreed that a review/testing of Specifiy 7 should be done by everybody with a view of the architecture of the future DINA system
• Specify 7 includes a full REST API on the datamodel, a list of model entities available through the API is here: http://demo7.specifysoftware.org/specify/datamodel/
• Basic documentation of how to call the API is here: https://github.com/specify/specify7/wiki/Api-Demo

Action items

• Falko to update Wiki with new logo
• Stefan to propose dates for virtual workshop
• Markus/Chris: consolidate Github repo
